I thought i would share this piece of news that i've found for people living in Singapore that aims to becoming a seiyuu ♥

A company, Star 77,  was founded in October 2007 in Shenton Way providing lessons to train future voice-talents :D Star 77 is tied up with companies that produce animes with top seiyuus!

Some information:

Fees: $1000 per level (a total of 3 levels)

Lessons are free-and-easy (refer to their Course timetable at the English site)
1 level is approximately 3 months =D

For any student to advance to Level 2, that student has to clear an audition, and yup! Textbooks are included =D Lessons will be conducted in English but they also have lessons in Japanese at advance levels ♥
